I was reading (and commenting) today on Big Red Blog about gelato and other good things to eat. I lucked out and spent three weeks in Italy last summer and ate and ate and ate every friggin day I was there. I had good food in Florence, Rimini, Rome, and Venice but nothing came close to the tortellini and tortelloni you can get in Bologna...where torellini and -lloni were created. I ate at one restaurant three times just for this:

ahhlahaggargl...that is me drooling over the taste. Creamy tortelloni in a walnut cream sauce with shaved zuchinni and ham on top. TO DIE FOR! If anyone is ever heading over to Bologna I'll give you the directions to this place.
